The Stuart Siberski charter from Newark, DE was out for their annual charter trip, unfortunately the conditions were a little sporty. We couldn't fish were we have been nailing due to the sea conditions, so we had to play it safe around the BLR. We had to do everything to slow down our drift - open all the windows, deploy sea anchor, 8-10oz of lead, etc - let's just say the conditions were less than optimal. The Siberski crew (Stuart Sr., Stuart Jr, Sean, and Kaitlyn) was still able to box two flatties and several dinner-table bluefish. It was evident that our drift was fast by the bluefish by-catch, but all had a great time. Looking forward to next years trip.
