Afterschool Ocean Fluke - 8 keepers to 23 inches

I had a return clients Bob D, grand-daughter Ashley, Joe, and Uncle Raffie on a weekday afterschool Ocean Fluke charter. We had nice sea conditions at first and got to the grounds. We picked at some decent fish, then the south winds came up fairly strong which made the bite tougher - picked some more and ended with 8 quality keepers (only one at 18 - rest 20 to 23 inches). Solid box for short trip.
